Can I buy individual pieces instead of a system?
Yes. Every product is available individually. The systems exist for people who want a coordinated setup from day one , and the savings that come with it. If you already have some pieces, browse the full collection and fill the gaps.
What materials are the products made from?
Full-grain leather for the desk mat, catchall tray, and laptop sleeve. Solid walnut for the pen stand and headphone stand base. Brushed aluminum for the humidifier, monitor light bar, and charging station. Every material chosen to age well and hold up to daily use.
What colors are available?
The collection follows a charcoal, cream, and warm gold palette. The Desk Mat comes in Black, Brown, and Dark Green. All other products are available in black only , so everything coordinates without effort.
How long does shipping take?
Every DESKLUX system is quality-checked before shipping. Delivered to Canada and the US in 8 to 10 business days. Free shipping on every order.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships, usually within 2 business days of placement. You can also use the Track Your Order page on the site.
What if my order is late?
If your order takes longer than 10 business days to arrive, email support@desklux.shop with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and give you an update within 48 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
What's your quality guarantee?
Every piece is inspected before it ships. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email support@desklux.shop within 30 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement. See our returns policy for full details.
